Også Natalie Portman, som fra d.d. er ansigt for Dior-husets Miss Dior Cherie parfume og nylig Oscar vindende skuespillerinde, har allerede været ude og kommentere sagen, som hun foragter, væmmes ved og tager afstand til:
"I am deeply shocked and disgusted by the video of John Galliano’s comments that surfaced today. In light of this video, and as an individual who is proud to be Jewish, I will not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way. I hope at the very least, these terrible comments remind us to reflect and act upon combating these still-existing prejudices that are the opposite of all that is beautiful”
Dear John - Måske er det heller ikke det smarteste at komme med et "Jeg-Elsker-Hitler"-statement når nu din arbejdsgiver har en jødisk-Oscar-vindende skuespillerinde/heltinde/everybody-darling som front-figur for jeres bedst sælgende parfume - Just Not Cool!
Spørgsmålet på alles læber er nu: Hvem skal overtage John Galliano's chef-designer stilling for et af tidens største mode-huse...???
